FAVORITE READING SITES
TIPS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A BOOK FOR CHAPTER CHIT CHAT
1) avoids explicit sex
2) swearing is minimal
3) a conflict worth discussing (and this is where many YA novels get in trouble, because they are mainly just fun reads and have no connection to adult life.)
4) does NOT have to be liked by everyone (some of the best discussions happen when half the group hates the book)
5) is thought-provoking (it makes you think about something in a different way)
6) classics tend to be safe choices, but not always discuss-able.

I finally saw Twilight. I have to say, I enjoyed it. I thought it flowed well. They changed some things from the book, but not enough to alter anything serious.
